Terms of Service

Quotes and bookings

Every trip is confirmed with a written quote. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we confirm in writing.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are stated on your written quote.

Festival dates and conditions

Kalash festival dates are set by the community and roads depend on weather. We confirm dates locally and may adjust itineraries for safety.

Store orders

Handmade items vary slightly in colour and size. Delivery times are confirmed when we accept your order.
